eCommerce Content & Catalogue Upload Specialist

Description

Launch 134 Spare Parts & Accessories SKUs across UK, DE, FR, IT and ES Amazon marketplaces, including catalogue setup, content population, asset uploads, QA, compliance checks, and Amazon Brand Store integration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and upload Amazon listing templates for UK and DE, then replicate and localise listings across FR, IT and ES marketplaces.
  • Populate and upload all product content, specifications, attributes, category mappings, and supporting product information using provided source files.
  • Upload and validate all gallery images and video assets across each marketplace.
  • Upload required compliance and safety documentation within Vendor Central.
  • Conduct end-to-end QA, troubleshoot upload issues, resolve catalogue errors, and manage Vendor Central support cases where required.
  • Track SKU and ASIN creation, monitor launch progress, and ensure successful publication across all markets.
  • Create new category pages within Amazon Brand Stores and add all launched products across UK, DE, FR, IT and ES stores

  • All content, imagery, videos, and source materials provided

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central catalogue management (alternative option to have no vendor experience, with training)
  • Strong knowledge of flat file uploads, ASIN creation, variation management, image and video asset uploads, compliance documentation, and Brand Store management.
  • Experience managing high-volume catalogue launches across multiple Amazon marketplaces.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot listing and upload issues.
