Summary: The eClinical Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts and device provisioning. This role requires strong stakeholder management and team coordination skills, ensuring alignment on project scope and timelines. The position is remote and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and communicate project status effectively. A background in life sciences is preferred for this long-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders from Client and Vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.
- Familiarity with device provisioning workflows and mobile device management
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelors in life sciences or related field.
