Summary: The E-Learning Content Designer will collaborate with process experts and operational teams to create engaging training materials that enhance workflows within Payments Compliance. The position is remote and spans an 11-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in instructional design and e-learning development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, including process walkthroughs, task simulations, and role-specific training modules.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to understand operational processes and translate them into clear, learner-friendly content.
- Review feedback from learners and stakeholders, implementing improvements and maintaining content accuracy.
- Manage timelines and communication for content updates, training launches, and project deliverables.
- Support additional learning projects as assigned.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
- Experience creating task-based simulations (Assima Train experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear instructional content, system steps, and process explanations.
- Strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
