Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in Functional Testing or Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring and observability platform.
- Experience writing and analyzing DQL (Dynatrace Query Language) queries.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), and audit requirements.
- Experience in web application, API, and integration testing.
- Strong defect management and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
