Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace Administrator – Integration & Automation to manage and optimize enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration, tagging governance, ownership models, workflow automation, and ITSM integrations.
The primary focus will be to ensure every asset in Dynatrace has a clearly defined owner, automate incident detection and response, integrate alerts with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for major incidents.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Dynatrace SaaS or Managed environments.
- Implement tagging governance and ownership models to ensure every monitored asset has an assigned owner.
- Develop Dynatrace Workflows and automation to improve incident detection, routing, and response.
- Integrate Dynatrace alerts with Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Deploy and manage OneAgent and ActiveGate across servers, applications, and cloud environments.
- Configure alerting profiles, anomaly detection, problem notifications, and automated remediation workflows.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and end-user experience using Dynatrace APM.
