Our goal is to significantly improve observability at HealthEquity.
The work will focus on three areas:
Tagging every asset in Dynatrace with an owner
Automating more of our incident detection, routing, and response
Reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) for major incidents
Strong candidates will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace tagging and ownership models, Dynatrace Workflows and automation, and integrating alerts with ITSM tools (we are moving to Freshservice).
