Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing the project plan to ensure readiness for April go-live
- Coordinating and overseeing data migration activities, including dependencies and risks
- Managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Leading stakeholder management across fundraising, finance, data, IT teams, and trustees
- Facilitating project governance, reporting, and decision-making
- Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies
- Supporting testing, training, cutover planning, and post–go-live stabilisation
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering CRM or fundraising system implementations, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
- Hands-on project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or closely related Dynamics 365 solutions)
- Strong experience managing data migrations from legacy systems
- Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure Data Warehouse
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge and integrations from legacy fundraising platforms
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to work with senior leadership and trustees
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure

This is a critical role responsible for driving timelines, coordinating data migration, managing third-party suppliers, and ensuring strong engagement across internal teams and trustees. You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics Fundraising implementation, ensuring the programme stays on track and is delivered to a high standard within agreed timelines.
