Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing the project plan to ensure readiness for April go-live
  • Coordinating and overseeing data migration activities, including dependencies and risks
  • Managing third-party vendors and implementation partners
  • Leading stakeholder management across fundraising, finance, data, IT teams, and trustees
  • Facilitating project governance, reporting, and decision-making
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Supporting testing, training, cutover planning, and post–go-live stabilisation

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering CRM or fundraising system implementations, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
  • Hands-on project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or closely related Dynamics 365 solutions)
  • Strong experience managing data migrations from legacy systems
  • Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure Data Warehouse
  • Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge and integrations from legacy fundraising platforms
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to work with senior leadership and trustees
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure

Project Manager – Dynamics Fundraising Implementation 3 month contract, Max rate - £500pd inside, remote with occasional travel to London

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Dynamics CRM for Fundraising implementation for a charity, with a planned go-live in April . This is a critical role responsible for driving timelines, coordinating data migration, managing third-party suppliers, and ensuring strong engagement across internal teams and trustees. You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the Dynamics Fundraising implementation, ensuring the programme stays on track and is delivered to a high standard within agreed timelines.
