Summary: The Dynamics Functional Consultant role focuses on leading a significant migration project for a key client, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The consultant will be responsible for designing and optimizing business solutions while ensuring best practices are followed. This position requires strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O and Azure DevOps. The role is remote but requires candidates to be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a major migration project for a key end client.
- Drive the design and ongoing optimization of business solutions.
- Advise on best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O, D365 CRM, Life Cycle Services, and Azure DevOps.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant on D365 F&O implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O, D365 CRM, Life Cycle Services, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ERP functional expertise.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft solutions (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
- Experience within Financial Services / Banking (nice to have).
- Immediate availability.

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy, who is seeking an accomplished Dynamics Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement, and Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role will lead a major migration project and drive the design and ongoing optimization of business solutions for a key end client.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant working on D365 F&O implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O, D365 CRM, Life Cycle Services, and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to advise on best practices and continuous improvement strategies
- Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:
