Dynamics 365 Support Administrator

Covering a period of illness, we're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Administrator to join a company on a short-term contract basis. We are looking for someone who is available immediately.

A large focus of this contract is around the Customer Insights tool so previous experience with Customer Insights is essential.

The role:

• Support the adoption of Customer Insights
• Maximise the tools and features within Dynamics 365
• Roll out of new D365 features
• Hands on Dynamics 365 Administration
• Promote CRM best practices

Requirements:

• Available Immediately
• Strong Dynamics 365 experience
• Customer Insights
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong communication skills
