Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for TEA enterprise applications.
The role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices:
- Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
- Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)
- Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)
- Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)
- Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase
- Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation

- 7 Required Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
- 6 Required Building Model-Driven Apps
- 6 Required Dataverse (tables, relationships, security model)
- 6 Required C# plugin development or server-side extensions
- 6 Required JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
- 6 Required Integration using REST APIs
- 6 Required Git in a team-based environment, including Feature branching, Pull Requests, Merge/Conflict resolution
- 6 Required Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase
- 2 Preferred Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls
- 2 Preferred Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modeling)
- 2 Preferred Experience with Power Pages development and configuration
- 2 Preferred Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion
- 2 Preferred Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred)
- 2 Preferred Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
