Summary: The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Administrator is responsible for administering and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, including configuration, customization, and integration. The role involves developing Power Platform Canvas apps, governing Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, and ensuring compliance with policies. Additionally, the administrator will document processes and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows through AI-driven improvements. This position requires extensive experience in Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
  • Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
  • Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
