Dynamics 365 Lead - W2 ONLY - Greenfield implementation, CRM data modeling and migration

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to lead the implementation of a new cloud-based Dynamics 365 CRM platform from the ground up.

This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics 365, migrating data from legacy on-premises CRM systems, and integrating the CRM with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementations, particularly migrations from legacy Microsoft CRM environments, and can work closely with business stakeholders to establish scalable CRM processes and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM from greenfield through production.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules to support business processes.
• Design CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security model.
• Analyze and migrate customer, account, contact, opportunity, and historical CRM data from legacy on-premises Microsoft CRM.
• Develop migration strategies including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations.
• Configure role-based security, business process flows, Power Automate workflows, and approval processes.
• Partner with integration teams to connect Dynamics 365 with enterprise platforms including Snowflake, Azure, middleware, and reporting solutions.
• Support CRM reporting and analytics using Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
• Establish CRM governance, documentation, and deployment standards.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.
• Train business users and support organizational adoption.

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM from scratch (greenfield implementation).
• Proven experience migrating from legacy Microsoft CRM or other CRM platforms to Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.

• Strong understanding of CRM data modeling and migration methodologies.
• Experience with Azure integration services and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and business analysis skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Snowflake or enterprise Data Lakehouse platforms.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
• Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
