Summary: The Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant (Senior Level) is responsible for customizing and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM applications, ensuring compliance with health information privacy standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience. The role requires extensive experience in programming and system integration, along with a strong understanding of CRM architecture and administration. The consultant will also support DevOps practices and drive process improvement initiatives. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules. Develop and maintain integrations using C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Support system architecture, administration, and security roles, ensuring compliance with health information privacy and audit standards (HIPAA, SOC, etc.).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, product, development, operations) to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve user experience.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, participate in design sessions, perform code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Drive process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance system adoption and business outcomes.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .Net, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, administration, and security models.
- Proven experience integrating CRM with third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, ERP, and healthcare platforms).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in DevOps/CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
