Summary: The Dynamics 365 CRM QA Engineer role focuses on ensuring the quality and performance of CRM solutions within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules).
- Validate CRM customizations, workflows, plugins, integrations, and data migrations against requirements. Perform functional, regression, system, UAT, and performance testing for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Utilize automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, EasyRepro, Power Automate, Azure DevOps pipelines) to drive test automation.
- Ensure testing coverage for end-to-end business processes involving CRM and integrated systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to resolve defects and improve quality.
- Track, document, and manage defects through test management tools (Azure DevOps/Jira).
- Provide testing reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders and project leadership. Contribute to establishing QA best practices and reusable test assets for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of CRM configurations, workflows, security roles, and integrations.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM).
