Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 10+ years of IT experience to support customer success with Dynamics 365.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Achieve and maintain relevant certifications in Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Provide expertise as a Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst or Functional Consultant.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules.

- Power Platform Model App Certification PL-7003 or relevant experience.

- Preferred: Power Automate PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or relevant experience.
