Summary: The DPO (Data Protection Office) Manager role focuses on providing regulatory compliance support and expertise in data protection regulations and privacy laws for a consultancy's end client in the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory compliance support related to data protection regulations and privacy laws.
- Develop and manage information and data security assurance programmes.
- Conduct data privacy compliance assurance reviews.
- Manage Information Data Security within a large, complex environment.
- Provide SME guidance and advice regarding GDPR.
Key Skills:
- Proven commercial experience as a DPO (Data Protection Office) Manager within Financial Services.
- Expert knowledge of Data Protection regulations and Data Privacy Laws including GDPR.
- Experience in developing and managing information and data security assurance programmes.
- Experience conducting data privacy compliance assurance reviews.
- DP Practitioner Certificate, ISEB or equivalent Data Protection qualification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a DPO (Data Protection Office) Manager to provide clear regulatory compliance support, data protection regulations and data privacy laws for an end client within Financial Services.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a DPO (Data Protection Office) Manager within Financial Services.
- The ability to provide expert knowledge of Data Protection regulations and Data Privacy Laws including GDPR.
- Demonstrable experience developing and managing information and data security assurance programmes.
- Previous experience conducting data privacy compliance assurance reviews and managing Information Data Security within a large, complex environment.
- The ability to provide SME guidance and advice in relation to GDPR.
- DP Practitioner Certificate, ISEB or equivalent Data Protection qualification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
