Summary: We are seeking a .NET Architect/Tech Lead with extensive hands-on experience in Facets to oversee the design, development, and implementation of healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the healthcare domain, particularly in claims processing, member enrollment, billing, and provider modules, along with strong technical architecture skills in the .NET ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, .NET Core).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Facets modules with custom .NET-based applications and services.
- Drive system modernization and digital transformation initiatives in healthcare payer systems.
- Ensure scalable and secure architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
- Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Create high-level and detailed design documents, data models, and deployment plans.
- Interface with business and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in performance tuning, code optimization, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
- Expertise in TriZetto Facets core modules such as Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, and Authorization.
- Experience with Facets Extensions, Facets Workflow (WFL), and Batch jobs.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and strong knowledge of writing complex queries, stored procedures, and tuning.
- Understanding of EDI (837, 835, 834) transactions and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
