Summary: We are looking for a skilled Disaster Recovery (DR) Infrastructure / Oracle Platform Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise-scale disaster recovery architecture and Oracle platform recovery. The candidate should have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and validating disaster recovery solutions that meet specific RTO/RPO metrics in both data center and hybrid cloud settings. Strong automation skills and expertise in infrastructure resilience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and operate disaster recovery solutions for enterprise-scale data centers and hybrid environments
  • Deliver measurable Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
  • Plan, execute, and validate failover and failback scenarios
  • Strong expertise with Oracle database technologies and DR capabilities
  • Automate failover workflows, DR drills, and recovery validation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration tools
  • Strong networking and routing expertise including BGP routing and DNS failover strategies
  • Experience with enterprise storage replication technologies
  • Experience in regulated industries requiring DR audit and compliance documentation

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN), and database replication
  • Strong scripting experience with Python, Bash, and PowerShell
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Rundeck, and Jenkins
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing load balancers such as F5 and HAProxy
  • Understanding of data consistency models and application recovery impacts

We are seeking an experienced Disaster Recovery (DR) Infrastructure / Oracle Platform Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise-scale DR architecture, Oracle platform recovery, automation, and hybrid infrastructure resilience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and validating disaster recovery solutions with measurable RTO/RPO outcomes across data center and hybrid cloud environments.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

Disaster Recovery Architecture & Operations
Design, implement, and operate disaster recovery solutions for enterprise-scale data centers and hybrid environments
Deliver measurable Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
Plan, execute, and validate failover and failback scenarios

Oracle Platform & Database Recovery
