Summary: Seeking a hands-on Disaster Recovery (DR) Analyst with strong technical and execution capabilities to lead DR planning, testing, and governance. The role requires ensuring alignment with enterprise resilience and compliance standards while managing DR plans across various infrastructures and technologies. The ideal candidate will conduct DR testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DR with Business Continuity Planning (BCP). This position is remote but requires working PST hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain DR plans across infrastructure, applications, and technologies
  • Conduct DR testing, validation, and readiness assessments
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 22301, SOC 2, and enterprise resilience frameworks
  • Review DR plans for completeness, RTO/RPO alignment, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DR with Business Continuity (BCP)
  • Support audits, compliance, and governance activities
  • Utilize ServiceNow (BCM module preferred) for DR management
