Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise portfolio governance and strategic planning processes across business and technology initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to align investments, priorities, and delivery roadmaps with organizational objectives
  • Oversee portfolio intake, evaluation, prioritization, and funding recommendations
  • Manage enterprise portfolio health through performance tracking, risk management, resource planning, and KPI reporting
  • Facilitate executive governance meetings and provide data-driven recommendations related to portfolio direction and investment decisions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across programs, departments, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in governance standards, project oversight, and delivery methodologies across the portfolio
  • Monitor initiative performance and recommend adjustments based on business value, risk, capacity, and strategic impact
  • Support enterprise capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts
  • Lead and mentor portfolio management team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management.

Summary:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
