Summary: The role of IT Director (interim) involves leading a technology team of over 20 members for a UK-wide Not-For-Profit organization. The position requires the development and implementation of IT strategies to enhance service delivery and stakeholder collaboration. This fully remote role is set to commence in June and is expected to last for an initial 3-6 month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy for day-to-day technology.
• Lead high quality service for staff and respond to day-to-day issues.
• Lead on a Salesforce function.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the IT function, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders to deliver projects and programmes effectively.
• Provide an effective approach to devices, business applications, infrastructure, security, and business continuity that underpins effective IT provision and a high-quality user experience.
