Summary: The Director of GCP Process Excellence will collaborate with Global Development Compliance functions, R&D QA, BPOs, and functional leadership to enhance clinical trial delivery processes. This role focuses on the execution of the QMS SOP framework and ensures stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation and change management phases. The position is remote and emphasizes the adoption of Future Fit working methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Development Compliance functions and R&D QA to enhance clinical trial delivery processes.
- Execute the QMS SOP framework for clinical trial delivery.
- Ensure ongoing engagement of stakeholders, BPOs, and functional leadership.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and manage change for clinical trial delivery operating model.
Key Skills:
- Experience in clinical trial delivery and compliance.
- Strong understanding of QMS SOP frameworks.
