- Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams (onshore + offshore)
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in software engineering with strong frontend expertise
- 5+ years leading teams building modern web platforms at scale
- Deep experience with TypeScript, UI architecture, performance, accessibility
- Experience in wealth management / financial platforms
- Strong understanding of data-driven applications and system integrations
- Exposure to AI-driven user experiences (RAG, copilots, personalization)
