Key Responsibilities:
- Evolve and strengthen clinical quality, incident and complaints management.
- Embed effective learning loops that drive systemic improvement.
- Lead governance functions, building high-quality reporting and dashboards for Executive and Board audiences.
- Shape systems and processes in a growing diagnostic business that spans the UK and Ireland.

- Track record in incident and complaints management with tangible improvements delivered.

As part of a strategic transformation in how they deliver safe, high-quality care, they're building a stronger governance framework to support their clinical teams and systems. We’re now recruiting a Director of Clinical Excellence – a new, high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Group Chief Medical Officer with visibility at Board level.
