Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead experience.
- 3+ years supporting Digital, Web, Mobile, Patient Experience, Consumer Engagement, or Healthcare Technology initiatives.
- Experience facilitating Agile teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and SDLC practices.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
- Experience supporting healthcare digital products and consumer-facing applications.
- Experience with PI Planning and SAFe Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of UX/UI, digital product development, analytics, and customer experience design.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
