Key Responsibilities:

  • Track work logs using Jira and Harvest for time management.
  • Provide guidance on resource allocation and workload prioritization.
  • Support client negotiations with end clients and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new projects and clients.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, digital transformation teams, and internal co-founders.
  • Ensure projects run smoothly, keeping multiple client priorities aligned.

Key Skills:

  • Strong resource planning and organisational skills.
  • Background in agency-side marketing and analytics campaigns.
  • Comfortable providing insights to end clients.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with JIRA and Harvest is nice to have.
  • Some UX/UI involvement is a plus.
  • Client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder management.

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to support a growing client workload. Currently, projects are managed by the team, but increasing client demand requires additional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track work logs using Jira and Harvest for time management.
  • Provide guidance on resource allocation and workload prioritization.
  • Support client negotiations with end clients and third-party vendors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable providing insights to end clients.
