-Requirements & User Stories (15%): Gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements. Create clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Issue Management (10%): Proactively identify and address project issues and risks. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
-Technical Aptitude (15%): Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of the product domain. Guide technical discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts. Understand and contribute to technical architecture, design and implementation.
