Summary: The Digital Product Specialist role is a contract position focused on managing web content updates and digital experiences using Sitecore 10, HTML, and CSS. The candidate will work remotely but must align with Arizona time, preferably from PST or CST time zones. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, prioritize, and translate stakeholder requests for web content updates.
  • Execute web content changes using Sitecore 10 authoring tools and HTML/CSS as needed.
  • Obtain stakeholder validation and publish web content changes within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Translate emerging customer needs into digital experiences and associated plans or initiatives.
  • Build webpages for new content as required by stakeholders.
  • Gather and translate business needs into detailed product specifications (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Create, review, and execute test cases against user stories acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze website key performance metrics and competitive trends.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track critical measures for the department.
  • Translate web analytics trends into actionable opportunities to enhance user experiences and meet business objectives.
  • Provide support to product owners during backlog grooming and release planning sessions.
  • Share insights across internal and external teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and management to generate ad hoc/automated snapshot reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for dashboards.
  • Participate in research and design sessions with customers, internal users, and key stakeholders.
  • Be accessible to the team to answer questions and contribute during sprint planning sessions and daily scrum meetings.
