Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the Lounge Services digital product roadmap.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Content, Analytics, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and feature delivery.
- Define product success metrics and KPIs to measure feature performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and product analytics to identify enhancement opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure successful product releases.
- Support testing, launch planning, and post-release validation.
Key Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
