The Role

- Create robust, data-driven business cases for new features, utilizing market research and competitor benchmarking to drive innovation.
- Partner with UX/UI design teams to craft seamless, "Customer First" journeys across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Work alongside Site Optimisation and Change Management teams to measure feature performance and ensure business readiness for new product launches.
