Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist II will play a crucial role in the Global Digital Marketing team, concentrating on lead generation and content distribution through third-party media and syndication programs. This position is responsible for driving database growth, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance lead quality and manage vendor relationships effectively. This is a fully remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish third-party media and content syndication as a scalable growth channel
- Design and execute ABM-focused syndication programs to drive qualified pipeline
- Build and manage a channel roadmap to optimize investment and forecast accuracy
- Improve lead quality through optimization of partner mix, targeting, and content alignment
- Manage agency relationships and media buys for third-party and syndication programs
- Ensure accurate and timely lead delivery with proper tracking, tagging, and routing
- Develop and manage a high-performing ecosystem of vendors and partners
- Collaborate with Media Planners, Regional Marketers, Web, Marketing Ops, and Analytics teams
- Define and share best practices for global campaign execution and lead quality standards
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, content syndication, or third-party media programs
- Hands-on experience with lead orchestration platforms (e.g., Integrate, Demandbase)
- Proven ability to design and optimize ABM-focused marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline analysis and forecasting
- Experience managing vendors and agency relationships
- Experience implementing tracking, tagging, and lead routing frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
