Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, delivering, and optimising paid digital campaigns (Meta, PPC, Google Grants, etc.)
- Creating and managing email marketing journeys, from copywriting to A/B testing and performance analysis
- Supporting social media monitoring and content via Hootsuite
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high performing and engaging campaigns
- Using data and analytics to inform strategy and report on KPIs
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience running paid digital ads (especially Meta Business Manager)
- Proven track record of hitting fundraising or engagement targets through digital channels
- Strong email marketing experience using ESPs
- Confident working with Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent copywriting and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, proactive mindset, and a passion for digital
