Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Performance role is a 12-month contract position for a leading global tech company, focused on B2B demand generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, driving traffic and lead generation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-impact paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Drive quality traffic and lead generation through smart targeting, testing, and optimisation
- Activate integrated campaigns including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Demand Gen, and Thought Leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, analytics and creative teams
- Manage agency relationships and budgets, oversee campaign performance and reporting (Salesforce, Google Data Studio)
- Contribute to campaign strategy, creative direction, tracking and performance reviews
Key Skills:
- 7+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, tech or agency environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social and multi-channel campaign delivery
- Solid grasp of campaign measurement, MarTech/AdTech tools, and data-driven decision making
- Strong communicator with experience working in large, cross-functional organisations
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently
