Key Responsibilities:
- Own a small portfolio of eCommerce client accounts from onboarding through ongoing campaign execution.
- Build, test, and optimize email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to hit client revenue targets.
- Review performance and translate the numbers into business metrics clients can act on.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client calls and issue resolution.
- Coach internal team members on email strategy and account management best practices.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years as an Email Account Manager or Account Manager.
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience.
- Experience managing eCommerce clients.
- Strong soft skills to guide the team.
- Excellent English skills (C2 level).
- Experience working inside a marketing or email agency (nice-to-have).
- List segmentation and email deliverability experience (nice-to-have).

What We Offer
- Schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday, hours overlapping with Central Time (CST)
- Compensation: $3,000-$3,500 USD/month
