- Assist in developing pitch decks, proposal collateral, and marketing brochures
- Maintain and update marketing assets and templates in Canva
- Track performance metrics across marketing campaigns (open rates, traffic, engagement, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign strategies
- Help improve our online presence via SEO, keyword research, and blog content coordination
- Collaborate with the recruiting and training teams on promotional campaigns for staffing services and certification classes
