We’re now looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to be the voice and guide for our clients — making sure they feel supported, informed, and excited about the work we’re doing together. This is a part-time, contract role ideal for someone with agency-side experience , solid SEO knowledge, and a talent for keeping communication flowing while steering projects towards measurable results.
What You’ll Do You’ll be the key link between our clients and our delivery team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every client feels they’re in safe hands. Your work will involve:
- Managing relationships with most clients , becoming their go-to person for updates, queries, and strategic recommendations.
- Leading and attending regular client meetings (approx. 1 hour per client per week), ensuring clear next steps are captured and delivered.
- Providing weekly account updates (approx. 30 mins per client) to keep communication flowing and priorities on track.
- Reviewing and interpreting campaign performance reports (SEO rankings, Google Analytics data, PPC results) and presenting them in clear, client-friendly language.
- Working with our SEO, PPC, and content teams to brief on work, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Spotting opportunities to help clients achieve their goals faster, whether that’s through new initiatives, process tweaks, or campaign adjustments.
- Onboarding new clients smoothly, ensuring they start with a clear roadmap and strong communication from day one.
What You’ll Bring Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency . Strong understanding of SEO and a broad knowledge of digital marketing channels (PPC, content, social media). Confidence using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush , and project management platforms (Teamwork or similar). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills , you know how to keep clients feeling informed, valued, and heard. Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts without missing deadlines. Proactive problem-solving, able to resolve most client issues without escalation. The ability to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable insights for clients.
