Summary: The Digital Clinical Safety Officer (DCSO) role is focused on leading the implementation of digital clinical safety strategies within the Digital Health team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical risk management activities including hazard identification, safety case development, and compliance documentation.
- Provide guidance on product functionality and clinical workflows to internal teams and external partners.
- Support implementation and training for Mindray’s digital health solutions.
- Act as the escalation point for clinical safety concerns and product-related queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness and safety for NHS deployment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and digital safety best practices.
Key Skills:
- A registered clinician (e.g. nurse, doctor, AHP) with experience in digital health or clinical informatics.
- Proven experience in clinical safety, ideally with DCB0129/0160 compliance.
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycles and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement of company sponsorship.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Digital Health team as a Digital Clinical Safety Officer (DCSO). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clinical safety, digital innovation, and product excellence in healthcare technology. Working within the Digital Health Solutions team you will work in collaboration with the Digital Health Solutions Architects in providing appropriate solution to our customers.
About The Role
As a DCSO, you will lead the implementation of our digital clinical safety strategy, ensuring compliance with NHS-mandated standards such as DCB0129 and DCB0160. You will also act as a key liaison between clinical users and technical teams, supporting the safe and effective deployment of digital health solutions. You will provide expert knowledge on a wide range of product functionality across the Mindray PMLS portfolio to advise on support required for clinical and technical workflows, and contribute to product development and deployment strategies internally and externally for clients.
