Summary: The Digital Business Analyst role focuses on enhancing business processes and requirements management within a hybrid Agile and Waterfall environment, specifically for a construction client. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. This position offers the opportunity to work on Digital Twin technologies, particularly Autodesk Tandem, while primarily functioning in a remote capacity. The role is classified as inside IR35, with a competitive daily rate offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis & Improvement
- Map and analyse existing business processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign processes that enhance performance and customer experience.
- Requirements Gathering & Management
- Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories or functional specifications.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project life cycle.
- Operating Model Design
- Support the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned with strategic objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future states.
- Assist in change impact assessments and transition planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Digital Twin & SaaS Product Support (Nice to Have)
- Contribute to initiatives involving Digital Twin technologies, supporting data modelling and simulation efforts.
- Work with SaaS product teams to define and refine features, user journeys, and integration points.
- Understand SaaS delivery models and support configuration, rollout, and adoption strategies.
ANY EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL TWIN (NAMELY AUTODESK TANDEM) IS A BONUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. WHAT IS 100% ESSENTIAL IS:
- Excellent Communication skills with wide audience including Stakeholder Engagement
- Can Do Attitude who hits ground running
- 7+ years of "bread and butter BA duties (Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, Process Analysis, Process Improvement, AS IS-TO BE, Requirement Gathering) etc.
- Good Product SAAS experience with Product Feature & Configuration of Product - NOT DESIGN.
- Open and not too strict on using Hybrid Agile, Waterfall & Kanban Methodologies
- Open and not too rigid on TOM/Target Operating Models as only need Change Requests - NOT DESIGN

THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN SOLID EXPERIENCE IN "DIGITAL TWIN" PLATFORM WORKING EXPERIENCE, NAMELY AUTODESK TANDEM. This is a mixed Hybrid Agile/Waterfall/Kanban environment.
