Summary: We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams to manage releases and environments.
- Implement and maintain deployment automation tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Manage source control using Git and branching strategies for Salesforce and SFCC.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely resolution.
- Set up and monitor performance, uptime, and security of cloud environments (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Azure).
- Ensure compliance with best practices for code versioning, change tracking, and auditability.
- Provide documentation and training to teams on DevOps practices and tools.
Key Skills:
- Experience in DevOps practices.
- Solid experience with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) demandware-based B2C preferred.
- Experience using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or other deployment tools for Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Git and source control best practices.
- Experience in scripting languages (Shell, Bash, Node.js, or Python).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Heroku, AWS, or Azure.
