Key Responsibilities:
- Support critical systems and provide technical support.

- Lead incident response and ensure systems remain stable, secure, and performant.

Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in technical support or system administration.
- Financial Services/Trading experience.
- Strong knowledge of Linux & Windows environments, as well as AWS & Azure.
- Automation & Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Kibana).
- Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- (Bonus) Exposure to CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
