Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver a comprehensive automated test framework for complex software components within a multi-account AWS environment.
- Lead the design and execution of functional and performance tests to ensure the resilience of Critical National Infrastructure.
- Drive orchestration and service mesh strategies using Kubernetes, Consul, and Vault.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point (3rd line) while collaborating within an Agile framework using Jira and Confluence.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins for seamless deployments across secure environments.
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem (Compute, Identity) and building scalable infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong hands-on experience with Orchestration and Service Mesh tools, specifically Kubernetes, Vault, and Consul.
- Proven ability to script automation using Python, Ansible, or Bash.
- Expertise in monitoring and observability stacks including Prometheus and ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC Cleared).
- Networking knowledge involving Fortinet or Palo Alto firewalls and proxies is a bonus.
