Summary: We are looking for a skilled DevOps / SRE / support engineer to provide support for the Atlassian suite products and their infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience in automation, DevOps practices, and monitoring to assist software developers effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in the Atlassian suite and experience in scripting and automation. This position is primarily remote but requires initial on-site presence for project kickoff in San Jose, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations support:
- Atlassian suite support and access requests (Jira, Bitbucket)
- Sailpoint access control
- Certificates renewal
- Small Grafana changes
- Monitoring efficiency metrics dashboard for Bamboo agents
- Cloud/Unix admin and monitoring
- Scripting & Automation:
- Jira workflow automation
- Bitbucket workflow automation
- CI/CD pipelines set-up, troubleshooting and support
- Use of AI tooling to prioritize SonarQube messages, Build issues, CI/CD logs
Key Skills:
- Minimal of 4 years experience as SRE/DevOps/Support engineer.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting all tools of the Atlassian suite, from access requests to performance to automating workflows.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Windows command-line tools and Puppet Infra-as-code.
- Knowledge of SonarQube
- Experience with AI tooling and Agentic AI to streamline the flow of incidents, error logs, security logs
- Experience with Bamboo needed.
