Summary: Our international client is seeking a DevOps Architect with extensive experience in migration projects for a freelance B2B contract, initially lasting 6 months with a strong possibility of extension. The role is remote but requires candidates to be based in France, Germany, The Netherlands, or Poland. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud, along with strong scripting skills. This position offers an opportunity to work on significant migration projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Git version control branching strategies, access permissions, and repository management.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud effectively.
- Interpret and validate migration logs and metadata.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Integrate APIs into scripts for enhanced functionality.
- Work with ADO and GitHub Action pipelines.
- Provide hands-on experience with GitHub CLI and extensions.
Key Skills:
- At least 12 years of experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
- Strong experience with Git version control and repository management.
- Good understanding of ADO and GitHub access and permission mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub CLI and extensions.
- Strong scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Good understanding of APIs and experience integrating them into scripts.
