Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and work the Salesforce support queue by triaging cases and resolving system incidents.
- Initiate or join meetings to address customer concerns and gather feedback.
- Administer team applications using available documentation and vendor support.
- Assist in monitoring data quality and execute data migration/cleansing projects.
- Improve support processes and automate manual tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide 24/7 ownership and resolution of Salesforce system issues and outages.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years' experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com for 300+ users.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and CRM application capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize user support experiences and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience in data quality monitoring and data migration projects.
