Summary: The Hardware Support Analyst role focuses on managing hardware requests, ensuring compliance with Chick-fil-A standards, and maintaining accurate inventory of hardware in restaurants. The position requires experience in IT Data Audit or Asset Management, along with strong analytical skills to support business decisions. The analyst will also coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware issues and conduct regular meetings to discuss support trends. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit hardware additions and removals to maintain an accurate count of equipment physically present.
  • Compare Register and KPS hardware present in stores against monthly Client Hardware Support invoices to identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate additional hardware requests and ensure fulfillment according to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Work closely with product owners and vendor partners to resolve hardware issues and dispose of retired hardware properly.
  • Collect unreturned equipment from stores and maintain accurate inventory counts of DTT hardware.
  • Conduct/attend vendor hardware review meetings to discuss support trends and represent Chick-fil-A's needs.
  • Provide periodic progress reports to the Technology Delivery & Service team.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of IT Data Audit or Asset Management experience or Associate's Degree and 6 plus years of relevant experience.
  • ServiceNow experience preferred or similar ticketing experience.
  • Prior Chick-fil-A experience working at a restaurant.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy and business decisions.
  • Experience in maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.

This is what they are doing and we need similar = Report Auditing experience | Compare Register and KPS hardware present in stores against the monthly Client Hardware Support invoices to identify and address any discrepancies.

Looking for a Fully Remote Hardware Support Analyst.
The Hardware Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating additional hardware requests and ensuring they are fulfilled according to Chick-fil-A standards and the Operator''s expectations. They work closely with product owners and vendor partners to ensure all identified hardware issues are resolved and retired hardware is disposed of properly. This role is also responsible for collecting unreturned equipment from stores and maintaining accurate inventory counts of DTT hardware in our restaurants.

Hardware Meetings

  • Conduct/attend regularly scheduled Vendor hardware review meetings (currently Client & HonorBuilt) to raise issues, discuss hardware support trends, and represent Chick-fil-A hardware support needs.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled CFA hardware review meetings to keep CFA Staff informed on weekly hardware support progress.
  • Provide periodic Progress Reports to the Technology Delivery & Service team

  • Collaborate with installation vendors to ensure equipment
