Summary: We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst (L2) with Linux expertise to provide 2nd line support in a mixed Linux and Windows environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support across Linux and Windows desktop and server environments.
- Log, update, and manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
- Follow technical playbooks and standard operating procedures to resolve tickets.
- Support desktop deployment and configuration activities for end users.
- Troubleshoot basic system and infrastructure issues, escalating where required.
- Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication to users at all times.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with SLAs and service expectations.
