You'll leverage Flutter and Dart to build production-grade mobile prototypes that set the roadmap 6-12 months ahead of development.
The #1 feature of this role is creative autonomy. You are the scout for the production team, exploring the future of UI/UX before it even hits the roadmap. We aren't looking for a standard "ticket-closer"; we need a Design Technologist who can look at a Figma file and breathe life into it with high-fidelity animations and seamless interactions.
