Summary: The Design Delivery Manager role involves overseeing the site design delivery process for a leading telecommunications client, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs. The position requires managing operational issues, driving innovation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance design efficiency. The successful candidate will streamline processes and ensure all designs are complete before handover to the Build team. This is a contract position that offers a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and continuously improve the Site Design delivery process
• Manage all operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with the National Design Lead
• Drive innovation and simplification of site design outputs to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure designs handed over to Build are complete, with all relevant site knowledge and no outstanding dependencies
• Approve Access Offers
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Radio Planners, Transmission Delivery Managers) to review GA's/DD's within the agreed SLA and provide consolidated feedback to Cellnex

• Proven experience in site design delivery within the telecommunications or infrastructure sector
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage escalations effectively
