Summary: The Demand Manager will serve as a crucial link between business functions and Technology Services, focusing on aligning Information and Technology demands with business objectives. This role involves collaboration with the Finance Leadership Team to ensure effective program governance and strategic planning. The Demand Manager will prioritize technology demands and oversee project implementations to meet business needs. Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of Technology Services with business needs.
  • Understand the strategic objectives of the Finance function and identify how Technology Services can support and enhance these objectives.
  • Gather and manage Finance-related Technology Services demands, prioritizing based on value, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and oversee project implementations.
  • Support the planning, execution, resource management, and delivery of Technology Services projects.
  • Drive governance for the demand management process and provide regular updates on demand pipeline status.
  • Communicate with Technology Services and Business Leadership regarding strategy and project adjustments.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for IT demands and generate reports on demand status and performance metrics.
