Summary: The Deltek Costpoint Techno-Functional Lead role involves providing technical solutions for data extraction, mapping, transformation, and migration from Deltek Costpoint ERP to Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 for a US-based customer. The position requires a strong understanding of business processes and technical components related to Deltek Costpoint ERP. Candidates must be willing to travel for major project milestones and possess significant experience in Information Technology. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical specifications, solution design, develop / customize technical components, test planning and execution, system integration testing, support UAT, cut-over and go-live.
  • Build custom solutions including but not limited to Interfaces and conversions.
  • Error reporting and corrections for the invalid or incompatible data which could not be loaded from Costpoint to EBS.
  • Root cause analysis of issues and resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customer, business SME and other vendors.

Key Skills:

  • 8 to 10 years of Information Technology experience.
  • 8+ years of strong technical experience related to Deltek Costpoint ERP implementation and support.
  • Good understanding of various methods to extract data from Deltek ERP Costpoint, mapping of various fields from Deltek Costpoint to EBS, transformation of Costpoint data to make it compatible with EBS.
  • Good expertise in SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Performance tuning.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
  • Experience in managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.

The position will be primarily responsible for providing technical solutions related to data extraction, mapping, transformation and migration of data from Deltek Costpoint ERP to Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) for a US based customer.
Candidate should have a good understanding and experience in various business processes, data models, architecture and various technical components related to Deltek Costpoint ERP.
Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones and critical project-phases. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8 to 10 years of Information Technology experience
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (without any dual citizenship)
